How we are run

West Malvern Social Club CIC

We are a Community Interest Company, that means we are a ‘not for profit’.

Our aim is to carry out activities that benefit the local community. We mainly do this by providing a venue for entertainment, arts and our community.

We are run by a small committee who are also directors of the CIC

They are:

Mal Edgson – Chair

Gordon Kirk – Secretary

Rob Rankin – Treasurer

The other directors are: Nick Brown, Isabel D’Abreu, Kate Dutton, Will Jones, Stephen Luttrell, Wizzy Shawyer, and Pauline Striplin.


We hold an Annual General Meeting each April to which all club members are invited. We will email all members to make you aware of this.

At the AGM we appoint the directors for the following year, approve our annual accounts, our budget and our plan. It is also your opportunity to hold the committee to account, generally ask questions and make suggestions.
